Terms and Conditions

Orders

 Ordering and payments can be made:

- through our online store. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Credit card orders are processed securely by Stripe. We do not handle any credit card data for orders placed online. Your card issuer determines the exchange rate that will apply. Please contact your card issuer for further information on the applicable rates of exchange. You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic form by email.

- by e-mailing us at hello@allthefruits.com. We will help you fulfil your order by sending you an invoice with payment instructions. We accept bank transfers in € Euros, $ American Dollars and £ UK Pounds Sterling.

Prices are in € Euros and are subject to change without notice.  
Full payment is required before dispatch of goods.

Shipping

We aim to process orders within 48 hours, although at busy times we may take up to one working week.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next working day. 
When requested we can ship worldwide via DHL on an express 3 day service, otherwise we will use Poste Italiane or other carriers.
We make every effort to make postage and packing as cheap as possible for our customers. We do not profit from our postage prices.

Lead time and stock

Our wallpaper and murals are printed to order, so are not held in stock. Lead times are generally 1-2 weeks.


Wallpapers in OUTLET: the available stock is stated on the product page. Dispatch time is usually 2-3 days.

Cancellation

The order is usually processed within 24-48 hours from order confirmation (sent to you by email). After our order has been confirmed by our printer and the printing process has started, we cannot cancel or amend the order. We therefor ask you to let us know immediately at hello@allthefruits.com if for any reason you want to cancel an order.

Products which have been made to the customer specifications are exempt from standard cancellation rights. Cancellations are offered subject to our discretion. 

Exchange and Refund Policy 

We hope you are happy with your purchases from All The Fruits but if not we offer a 14 day exchange/return policy. The 14 days are calculated from the date the order is received. Once your order has passed the 14 days mark, this policy does not apply to your order.

Defective items
If you believe your item is faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt at hello@allthefruits.com with photographic evidence. If found defective you will be entitled to an exchange or a full refund.

Incorrect items
If the item is not what you ordered you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@allthefruits.com including photographic evidence. If your item is incorrect we can exchange or refund it as long as it is returned to us within 14 days from receiving date, in a perfect, saleable condition (original unopened packaging, with all inserts).  We will arrange for one of our couriers to collect the item from your address or you will be asked to arrange a delivery to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service. We will cover shipping costs where a receipt is provided.

Damaged items
Please inspect the box upon delivery. If the box is damaged it is essential that you notify the driver and mark ‘PACKAGING DAMAGED’ upon the delivery note. If the item is damaged, please notify us immediately at hello@allthefruits.com including photographic evidence. You will be entitled to an exchange or a full refund.

Returns

If you have changed your mind about the item(s) for any other reason,  please let us know as soon as possible at hello@allthefruits.com. You have 14 days from receiving date to ship the item(s) back to us. The item must be in a perfect, saleable condition (original unopened packaging, with all inserts). You will be entitled to an exchange or a refund minus shipping costs.

Customers are required to arrange for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend you use a tracked postal service. The address for returns is Jessica Pinotti, Via Palestrina 3, 40141, Bologna - Italy.  All The Fruits will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 working days. 

We are unable to accept returns on items on sale, samples, wallpaper printed to order or opened rolls of wallpaper, fabric printed to order, custom products or modified versions of standard products.

Wallpaper pictures on our website are not exactly to scale, always check the written dimensions.
Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation. A slight colour variation on a product, in comparison to what has been viewed on screen, does not count as a fault.
Colour matching between separate orders cannot be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee an exact match in either colour or quality between a sample and delivered goods. We cannot  guarantee colour and size match between wallpaper and fabric with the same pattern. 

Samples

Wallpaper and fabric samples can be purchased through our store or by contacting us directly.
Wholesalers, architects and interior designers, please contact us and we can arrange samples for you.  

Please note that wallpaper rolls are printed to order and each order may differ slightly in colour. We can guarantee colour matching for wallpapers printed on the same order, but they may have a slightly different colour from the sample you ordered at a different time.
